Part Time Cleaner Southam

Part time cleaner required for a site in the Sydenham area of Leamington Spa.

Working pattern

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Cleaning to be done after 5.30pm for 1h 45 minutes (this is a key holders position, you must open and then securely lock the building when finished)

£12.71 per hour

Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning corridors and toilets.

Previous experience is preferred but full training will be given.

Paid Holidays.

Monthly pay.

PPE provided.

2 references will be needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills.

Flexibility to adapt to different site requirements.

Prior experience with cleaning equipment is preferred.
