Goldcrest Cleaning are now recruiting a team of cleaners for a newly won contract in Leamington Spa.

Location: Leamington Spa, CV31 3RG

Pay: From £13.10 per hour, paid monthly. Holiday pay included.

Shift Schedule: Initially, 5 evenings per week (Monday to Friday) – 2 hours per shift (5:30 pm – 7:30 pm). Future expansion will extend hours to 2.5 hours per shift, five days a week (Monday to Friday).

Training & Equipment: All training, PPE, company polo shirts, and pinnies provided.

Duties: Duties will include cleaning to a high standard of toilets, stairs, meeting rooms, corridors, and any other associated cleaning tasks following a cleaning specification.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
  • Candidate must be able to travel to and from their place of work.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication in English.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within the specified timeframes.
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
  • Communicate courteously with clients and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
