Shift Workplace Technician needed for a large well-known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Shift Workplace Technician that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate must have a basic understanding of L8 or willingness to be trained and come from an M&E / Fabric Handyman background. If you have any carpentry/building/general qualifications in building services that will be a bonus!

What the role entails:
- Provide assistance to the Engineering Team as directed, including out-of-hours work when required.
- Support compliance and statutory inspections, fabric maintenance, reactive repairs, and FCU maintenance.
- Assist with furniture moves & changes, meeting room setups, event management, exhibitions, and flat pack furniture assembly.
- Undertake painting, decorating, shelving erection, and installation of power and data cabling.
- Provide engineering support as needed.
