We are seeking an experienced Senior Rail Safety Engineer / Safety Risk Consultant to join a growing Safety, Risk & Reliability team delivering high-impact projects across the UK rail industry. This role is ideal for professionals with strong rail safety assurance, risk assessment, and system safety engineering experience, particularly across complex, safety-critical rail systems. You will play a key role in delivering safety engineering solutions across a wide range of rail projects, from conventional systems to digital and emerging technologies.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of rail safety assurance activities, work packages, or small projects to time, cost, and quality.
- Perform and manage system safety engineering and risk assessment, including:
- HAZID (Hazard Identification)
- HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Studies)
