Director, Real Estate Debt Advisory, London Competitive Base Salary + Benefits Package + Bonus We are currently working with an established boutique sized advisory located in Central London who are experiencing a period of growth and looking to recruit someone with some real experience of working within the debt advisory market.
The founders of the firm are looking to have conversations with sector agnostic debt advisors who are able to show they have a credible track record of both originating and executing deals, able to build and develop long standing client relations and those who have firsthand appreciation and understanding the market challenges and hurdles often faced within this competitive space.
The role would suit someone who may be described as entrepreneurial, client facing, analytical and methodical, and be a natural people person who enjoys working with ours and attending events and client meetings.
Working as part of a dynamic and successful team you will be fully supported where needed and provided with the tools to carry out the role and be a success.
Although the firm is a nimble sized player they have a great name, reputations and some truly great clients already working with them and have done for many years.
Your role would be to continue to develop and grow current lines of business and to generate new lines of interest.
