Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial health of major work packages, focusing on NEC4 Contract Administration.
  • Leading CVRs, cost forecasting, and budget management.

  • Identifying commercial risks and implementing value engineering opportunities.
  • Mentoring and developing a team of Assistant and Project Quantity Surveyors.
