This is your opportunity to bring your Dynamics 365 expertise to a role where you’ll architect solutions, streamline processes, and empower colleagues across the organisation.
You’ll work hands‑on with Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, designing and customising applications that underpin our global operations. If you thrive on variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a tangible difference in a collaborative, values‑driven environment, this is the role for you.
The Digital Systems (DS) Department plays a critical role in enabling Gold Standard to fulfil its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. As the organisation continues to evolve within a fast‑moving digital landscape, the DS team ensures that our technologies, systems, and processes remain secure, efficient, compliant, and fit for purpose.
At its core, the department delivers managed digital services that empower teams across Gold Standard to work effectively, whether through robust IT infrastructure, user‑centric applications, streamlined digital workflows, or strong governance frameworks. The team also leads the development and optimisation of digital solutions that support operational excellence, organisational growth, and the digital transformation of our products and services, including assurance, registry operations, and market‑facing platforms.

- Build, customise, and support solutions using low‑code/no‑code tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Create and maintain governance documentation and SOPs for application management.
- Deliver user training and support, ensuring applications deliver maximum benefit to staff and stakeholders.
- Curate application content and data, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive process improvement and automation.
- Support procurement and onboarding of new applications.

- A talent for translating user requirements into practical solutions, whether building automations, streamlining processes, or supporting colleagues with training and troubleshooting.
- A collaborative and user‑centred approach, thriving on enabling others to get the most from technology.
- Strong skills in balancing governance, compliance, and operational efficiency, with a keen eye for detail in documentation and process improvement.
- Confidence working independently, taking ownership of your portfolio of applications, and making technical decisions that drive value for the organisation.
- Adaptability and openness to new technologies, with a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and a wide range of application users.
