The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of maintenance, refurbishment and reactive repair works within residential and commercial properties. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently and consistently delivers a high standard of finish.
Typical Duties
- Carpentry repairs and installations
- Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Patch plastering and making good
- Painting and decorating works
- Tiling repairs and replacements
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
- Door, lock and ironmongery replacements
- General building repairs and property upkeep
- Void property refurbishments and planned maintenance works
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Multi Trader
- Strong all-round trade skills across multiple disciplines
- Own van and tools essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Professional attitude with excellent customer-facing skills
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality workmanship
