You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to embed Gold Fields’ safety values, shape critical conversations, and support a culture where people look out for themselves and each other. You’ll make a meaningful impact by building a strong, proactive safety culture beyond systems and compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow by contributing, delivering, collaborating, innovating, and developing for our Health, Safety & Environment Function at Agnew Gold Mine.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with site leaders to support delivery of Gold Fields’ Safety and Wellbeing Strategy
- Coach and mentor frontline leaders to build confidence and capability in safety leadership
- Facilitate and support incident investigations and risk management in Operations
- Prepare and distribute quality health and safety information and EOM reports
- Facilitate site inductions, HSR meetings and site OHS presentations to employees
- Promote visible safety leadership through proactive field engagement and presence
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Experience in H&S roles within mining, heavy industry, or construction
- Drug and Alcohol Testing desirable
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build capability of frontline leaders and teams
