Are you looking for your first field-based role in agency sales or trade partnerships? Do you have fantastic long-haul, tailor-made knowledge and experience? Do you want to join an award-winning tour operator? This is a great role for anyone looking to move into a field-based role who has retail travel industry knowledge or experience. As a Trade Partnership Executive, you'll be actively selling and promoting our full range of products as well as supporting our Trade Partnership managers with the implementation of new sales initiatives to drive our agent partners' business forward. This role will support our travel agent partners in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
You should be based in one of the above areas, although extensive travel within the UK and overseas will be required as well as some weekends and evenings to attend events and fam trips.
Job Accountabilities
- Visit and work proactively with agent partners to raise the profile and improve the performance of our B2B brands.
- Utilise available tools to improve performance, ensuring ROI on time; including conference/video calls, group forums, managers meetings, multi-site training, conferences & roadshows.
- Work proactively with all departments to strengthen the internal knowledge of our agent partners.
- Work with the Agency Sales Support Team to improve agent communication, service & resolving booking issues.
- Support our Agency Sales Team with call handling, event planning and agency support.
- Engage in close working relationships with key suppliers, to include training, joint sales calls, hosting roadshows and other partner activity.
- Take personal responsibility for updating your own knowledge of product and brand campaigns and share your knowledge for the benefit of partnerships.
- Work closely with the Trade Partnership Managers to support the delivery of revenue & margin.
- Keep your social media channels up to date to promote business messages.
- Feed market intelligence back to the business.
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- A sound knowledge of retail travel, especially B2B products and long haul scheduled travel.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong time management & planning skills and able to prioritise and manage several different tasks at once.
