We are part of the dnata Travel Group family, owned by the Emirates Group.
We are delighted to be recruiting again for Cruise Consultants to join our Cruise Plus Team at our bright, modern office in Leyland. In this role, you will be taking inbound calls from travel agents, matching their requirements to ensure their customers have the perfect cruise holiday. You will use your customer service skills, combined with your cruise and travel knowledge, to recommend products that will enhance the customers' cruise holiday experience.
Our Cruise Plus Team is well-known for providing exceptional customer service, so we need exceptional people who can build relationships with our agents to guarantee repeat business and continue to provide the personal service we are known for. This is a great opportunity to use your passion for cruise and travel alongside your sales skills, with no need to be involved with aftersales queries as our Customer Service Team will take over post-booking.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm. You may work later during peak periods.
Ideally, you will have strong cruise sales experience or have cruised extensively alongside other travel sales experience. When you join us, you'll have an initial 3-week interactive training period with our in-house training team. You'll then join our Academy with dedicated support from our Coaching Team, followed by a cruise upskill course. You will have lots of opportunities to enhance your cruise, product, and destination knowledge including product training from our destination team and suppliers.
You’ll have the chance to attend supplier events where you can meet others in the industry as well as learn about a product or destination.
