Great opportunity for those with commercial / resi valuation experience and are looking to transition to a more established and sought after business who may be able to provide a fantastic platform to develop and grow your client base.
Established for a number of years and with an already impressive line of staff with great backgrounds, you will be working within a team who have built over the years a fantastic track record of working with clients and investors across the residential and commercial property space.
The firm are keen to talk to those involved within the mid market valuation space.
Preferred candidates will have perhaps 3 – 5 years PQE, be professional, personable and enjoy both the client development and interaction side of the role as well as the delivery side.
The firm split their time working 60% on the residential side and 40% commercial and development, working aross a number of portfolios and schemes.
They have indicated that they anticipate offering a salary in the region of £60,000 – £70,000 + provide a car allowance and a competitive bonus.
