Title: Tender Planner Location: Central London Salary: £(phone number removed) + package An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Tender Planner to join the busy pre-construction team of a dynamic main contracting business based in Central London that delivers high quality construction projects across a wide range of sectors. The Tender Planner will play a key role in developing tender submissions, ensuring that projects are accurately planned and scheduled to meet client requirements. Duties Develop detailed tender programmes to support bids and pre-construction activities. Work closely with the bid management, estimating, and project delivery teams to ensure the accurate planning of resources, timeframes, and methodologies. Analyse project requirements, risks, and constraints, and produce robust tender plans. Prepare tender submissions that align with client expectations and project specifications. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and ensure project compatibility. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tender processes and systems.Experience Proven experience as a Tender Planner within the construction industry, ideally for a main contractor. Strong understanding of UK building regulations, standards, and construction methodologies. Proficiency in Asta Powerproject planning software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
