We’re looking for an RGS (Remote Gaming Server) Technical Support Engineer to join a growing Content team, supporting live casino games built on a modern HTML5 + backend platform (Phaser / APIs / cloud infrastructure).
What you’ll be doing
- Support game launches and configurations on a proprietary RGS platform
- Monitor live games and investigate real-time issues across frontend and backend systems
- Troubleshoot HTML5 (Phaser) game flows, APIs, and transaction logic (bets, wins, balances)
- Analyse logs to diagnose issues across Node.js / backend services and integrations
- Work with operators and aggregators to resolve API and integration issues
- Support releases, deployments, and hotfixes in live environments
- Collaborate with RGS Engineers, QA, and Game Teams to resolve bugs quickly
What we’re looking for
- Experience in production support / technical ops / backend support roles
- Solid understanding of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5 game environments (Phaser or similar)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and real-time systems
- Experience debugging across:
- Backend services (Node.js / C# / Java)
- Frontend game behaviour (browser-based)
- Comfortable using:
- SQL (via tools like DBeaver) for data/transaction checks
- Postman / Swagger for API testing
- Log monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana, Splunk)
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming / RGS / betting platforms
- Understanding of game lifecycle (spin → outcome → payout)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Docker
- Experience with aggregator integrations (e.g. Relax, EveryMatrix)
