We are working on a new Surveying role which has recently opened within a real estate investment firm based in London. The firm owns and operates a large property portfolio in the UK.
The opening is to recruit an experienced Surveyor who has a commercial property background, sitting at the Senior Surveyor - Associate Surveyor level, who has experience and interest in working within the landlord and tenant space.
The team you would be working within covers the full range of landlord and tenant services including disposals & acquisitions, rent reviews, renewals & regears.
