The Role
As a Supply Chain Assistant, Buyer & Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. From sourcing suppliers and managing purchase orders to supporting production planning and maintaining quality standards, this role is central to keeping the business running seamlessly.
You\’ll be involved in:
Researching, sourcing, and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
Managing purchase orders, resolving supplier discrepancies, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Supporting production planning to ensure materials and products are available on time.
Assisting with quality management, problem resolution, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborating with internal departments across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.
What We\’re Looking For
Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or related business functions (preferred, but not required).
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and quality processes (advantageous).
Excellent communication and organizational skills in German and English; Czech or Polish language skills are a strong plus.
A proactive team player, able to manage multiple projects and work effectively across departments.
What\’s on Offer
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 (dependent on experience)
Vacation: 30 days per year
