Social Media & Content Creator needed for a leading organisation based in Croydon, who are looking to employ an experienced Social Media & Content Creator who lives & breathes digital storytelling with an in-depth knowledge of managing social channels and creating content for consumer brands β Ideally in travel, hospitality or retail.

Some of the main duties of the Social Media & Content Creator will include:
Lead the day-to-day running of our social media presence
Planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that grows their audience, strengthens their brand, and inspires
From campaign ideation to community management and performance tracking
You\βll work closely with teams across the business β including marketing, ecommerce, product, and customer service β and have the freedom to test ideas, create compelling visuals and video, and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
In order to be the successful Social Media & Content Creator and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
3+ years managing social channels and creating content for consumer brands β ideally in travel, hospitality or retail
A natural storyteller with a passion for creating content that\βs visually compelling and emotionally engaging
Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar, to produce high-quality, engaging visuals and short-form videos that stops the scroll
Proactive and personable β comfortable approaching colleagues and customers to create great, authentic content
Familiar with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and social media management platforms
Data-savvy, with the ability to use analytics to guide content decisions and demonstrate results
Skilled at writing engaging, brand-aligned copy β and confident doing it without relying on AI tools
Good organisation skills, with strong attention to detail and time management
