Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Project Location: Glasgow (site-based) Salary: £70,000 – £74,000 + Car / Pension / Healthcare / 25 Days Holiday + BH Are you ready to take ownership of the commercial delivery on a flagship infrastructure project? We\’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a new waste water treatment plant and sludge processing site for Scottish Water. This is a site-based role where you\’ll be the go-to commercial lead on the project, working closely with the site teams to ensure the project is delivered successfully. What You\’ll Be Doing Leading all commercial and contractual management of the project. Managing subcontract procurement, payments, and final accounts. Delivering accurate cost forecasting, valuations, and reporting. Ensuring full compliance with NEC3 contracts. Partnering with the project team to hit programme, cost, and quality targets. Managing risk, change, and claims to protect project and business interests. What We\’re Looking For Proven experience as a Senior QS with a main contractor. Strong working knowledge of NEC3 contracts. Background in the infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering sectors Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
