Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical equivalent, or possess equivalent experience (e.g., military background in mechanical or electrical disciplines). Demonstrate expertise in Reliability and Maintainability (e.g., Reliability Prediction, RBDs, FMECAs, FRACAS). Have the ability to review and understand work across other ILS domains: Integrated Logistics Support: Life cycle costing, sparing, obsolescence. Operational Analysis & Whole Life Cost Modelling: Business case development, availability trade-offs. Training: Design, development, and delivery. Possess or be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) or higher. Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel occasionally to sites, suppliers, and customer locations.
