Senior Building Surveyor, Nottingham\\n\\nSalary level negotiable, circa £50,000 + Benefits\\n\\nIn this role you will deliver the day-to-day building surveying services as well as be client facing. The position is with a boutique sized private practice firm in Nottingham, who have a fantastic reputation both internally and externally and work on some genuinely amazing projects which can be seen on their website.\\n\\nThe role of Senior Building Surveyor:\\n\\nProviding competent professional advise to clients on a range of property related issues including advising on capital works schemes, feasibility, works prioritisation and building / construction issues.\\n\\nMonitor progress on projects ensuring timescales are met.\\n\\nProblem solve and find solutions when issues occur.\\n\\nSeek to develop new business opportunities and develop existing relationships.\\n\\nUndertaking building condition surveys.\\n\\nPreparing specifications, schedules of work and drawings for capital improvement works.\\n\\nContract administration including drafting of standard contract forms.\\n\\nProject management of annual capital programmes of work across multiple sites.\\n\\nKey Skills and Experience:\\n\\nEducated within a relevant field such as a degree in Building Surveying or similar.\\n\\nHold Chartered status or looking to become fully chartered.\\n\\nExperience of commercial property.\\n\\nSome experience of using AutoCAD.\\n\\nUK driving licence.\\n\\nServices advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.\\nWe will contact you within the next 14 days if you are selected for interview.
