Job Title: PMO Analyst Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire Salary: £DOE The Role: A client of mine in the west midlands is growing its PMO team and is seeking a PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting and data-driven decision making across a portfolio of maritime and defence programmes. In this role you will work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers, Planners, Risk Managers and senior stakeholders, providing accurate reporting, analysis and insight to improve project delivery and performance. Key Responsibilities: * Support PMO governance, reporting, dashboards and performance metrics. * Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the businesses new Project Management Tool. * Support configuration, testing, rollout, user adoption and training. * Analyse project, programme, risk, schedule, resource and financial data. * Produce portfolio-level reporting, trends and management information. * Support project controls, change control, risk and performance reviews. * Identify risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities across the portfolio. * Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and governance. About You/Background & Experience: * Experience within a PMO, Project Controls, Programme or Project Management environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling large datasets. * Experience producing dashboards, reports and management information. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Desirable PMIS implementation/administration, Power BI, Jira, Microsoft Project, project controls, Agile/Waterfall methodologies or an APM qualification. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to gain is required to be considered for this vacancy
