We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Office Administrator to join our Cambridge team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business-supporting both operations and sales, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and operations
- Assisting the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups
- Managing incoming enquiries and directing them appropriately
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and internal workflows
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM and internal systems
- Preparing documentation for projects and installations
- Supporting communication between customers, surveyors, and installation teams
