Responsibilities: Visiting customers in their homes to understand their energy needs, requirements and expectations. Carrying out detailed site surveys for renewable energy installations. Assessing properties and identifying potential installation constraints, obstructions and practical considerations. Identifying suitable locations for equipment and discussing options with customers. Considering cable routes and connections between solar panels, inverters, batteries and the property s electrical supply. Gathering accurate measurements, photographs and technical information required to develop a proposal. Using plans and survey information to support the design and specification of renewable energy systems.
