b Overview /b p As Regional Operations Manager for Digital Services (Digital Energy), you’ll lead BMS and digital service delivery across a portfolio of hospitals, schools, government buildings, offices and retail sites. You’ll optimise contracts, KPIs and finances, manage engineers and subcontractors, and drive growth and innovation while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role blends technical BMS expertise with commercial oversight in a large-scale, service-focused environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant services and enable strategic goals. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Company car /li li Private healthcare (single use) /li li Life cover up to 2x annual salary /li li 25 days annual leave + holidays /li li Bonus scheme (5%) /li li Company shares /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Oversee digital service provision across all sites in the portfolio /li li Day-to-day management of BMS Engineers and Service Partners (15-20 people) /li li Manage specialist subcontractors /li li Conduct regular contract reviews with customers and senior clients, upsell where possible /li li Maintain strong commercial acumen with KPI tracking and on-time delivery of contracts /li li Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and contractual standards /li li Engage with PMO and stakeholders; monitor P L (1m-3m) /li li Travel to sites for service reviews and safety visits /li li Plan tasks to balance work types while meeting SLAs /li li Ensure training and quality standards are met /li li Support budget adherence and financial process compliance /li li Set and review team objectives aligned to company goals /li li Contribute to new growth opportunities and contract acquisitions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree level education, or qualified and experienced electrotechnical trade /li li Experience managing self-delivered and subcontracted BMS on a large scale /li li Proven track record with P L responsibility /li li Strong knowledge of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens) /li li Excellent client-facing and communication skills /li li Ability to obtain and retain SC/CTC clearance /li li Experience across multiple contract environments /li li Working knowledge of CAFM/Other Systems /li li HVAC and M E systems knowledge /li /ul ul li Strong client focus /li li Clear, concise communication /li li Collaborative team player /li li BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens) /li li HVAC and M E systems knowledge /li li Contract management and KPI delivery /li /ul
