I am recruiting in Italy for a PV Delivery Engineer on behalf of a global leading Chinese PV company. As a PV Delivery Engineer you can be based anywhere in Italy and have full working rights to live and work in Italy. You will be fluent in English.

As a PV Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for on-site project management for end-to-end delivery of PV projects. This role will also have frequent extensive travel inside the EU and globally which will be fully expensed by my client.

PV Delivery Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for on-site project management tasks, including but not limited to inspection of materials when they arrive, conducting technical briefings, supervising installation training, conducting commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Provide on-site guidance on bracket installation, closely monitor the progress of designated projects, and work with customers and installation teams to solve installation challenges in a timely manner, including managing emergencies.
  • Work with project manager to ensure installation quality and effectively handle feedback related to installation issues.
  • Manage the delivery of materials to the site, assist the business department to carry out the project delivery inspection and solve the payment matters.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on site activities, understand customer needs in depth, and earnestly implement on-site commissioning and acceptance procedures.
PV Delivery Engineer Skills Required:
  • Must have previous experience of delivering PV projects.
  • Must have PV experience either parts/station building etc.
  • Must be a registered PV Engineer.
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering.
  • Showing strong professional ethics, professionalism, high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination ability, ability to resist pressure, ability to adapt to the new environment and tenacious work attitude.
  • Willing to accept long-term and frequent travel.
