We are looking for a Programme Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing programme financials, ensuring accuracy, and supporting project teams with key financial insights.

The Role:

So, what will you be doing as the Programme Finance Analyst?

  • Analyse programme costs, forecasts, and financial performance, challenging and supporting Project Managers (PMs) and Work Package Managers.
  • Ensure timesheet accuracy and monitor labour costs on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Maintain financial schedules, sub-ledgers, and programme reporting.
  • Perform variance analysis on costs, scope, and schedules while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Track resource requirements and monitor against actuals.
  • Prepare financial customer reports and assist with programme cash flow and gross margin analysis.
  • Support PMs with financial reporting tools, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Conduct formal quarterly Programme Cost Reviews and provide financial insights to Senior Management.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and assist in resolving overdue payments.
  • Support month-end closing processes and contribute to FP&A activities.
