An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, privately owned main contractor at their office in Potters Bar. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will quickly become an integral part of my client's business and take responsibility for a large portfolio of work for multiple clients across the South East.
The business specialises in the delivery of fast-paced, low-value, high-volume works across the water, telecoms and civils sectors. This role will suit a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organised, and can manage a large number of live jobs concurrently.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple utility workstreams, ensuring tight cost control, robust contract administration, and strong financial performance across the portfolio.
