An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering a major framework for South West Water. This role offers a strong mix of office and site based work, alongside the opportunity to progress onto a flagship major project later in the year.
The Quantity Surveyor will be based from the Bristol office, supporting the delivery of low-value, high-volume schemes across the framework and local to Bristol. These works form a vital part of maintaining and upgrading essential water infrastructure across the region and will provide excellent exposure to fast-paced project delivery. The work will include water mains renewal schemes, developer service connections and minor infrastructure upgrades across the clients assets in the area. As the programme progresses, you will transition onto a major capital project involving the installation of a large-diameter cross-country pipeline linking multiple wastewater treatment facilities as far south as Exeter and require travel to sites 2-3 days per week.
This role would particularly suit someone based in Somerset, providing convenient access to both Bristol and the South West project locations.
