I am recruiting in Coventry for a Network Engineer who will be responsible for the design, delivery, optimisation and support of secure, resilient network infrastructure across operational environments. The role delivers measurable impact across customer, operational, project and service activities, with accountability for programme-level outcomes where applicable. The Network Engineer plays a key role in shaping, securing and optimising networks that underpin high availability and business critical services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line network support, owning escalated incidents through diagnosis, root cause analysis, resolution, and implementation of permanent fixes
- Triage and prioritise network incidents based on business impact, severity, and operational risk, maintaining accurate ticket updates and documentation
- Design, deploy, configure, and support secure, resilient LAN/WAN infrastructure
