Responsibilities

  • Auditing Contract Administrators across numerous cladding replacement projects
  • Reviewing contract administration processes, documentation and compliance
  • Identifying issues and areas for improvement and providing guidance
  • Auditing a leisure/sports project to ensure proper management of procedures
  • Collaborating with project and commercial teams to resolve contractual issues
  • Developing consistent processes and standards across the business
  • Providing feedback to senior management

Key requirements
