Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral commercial real estate loans from drawdown to redemption, ensuring timely servicing for institutional clients. You will work closely with the legal team and external counsel on finance documents and lifecycle events, while building financial models and coordinating borrower reporting. You will liaise with borrowers, lenders, and lawyers to handle restructurings, amendments, and redemptions, and oversee back-office calculations and valuations. This position sits in a professional facility-agent team and offers impact through disciplined, cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral CRE loans from drawdown to redemption
  • Ensure accurate and timely loan servicing for institutional clients
  • Review finance documents with in-house legal and external counsel
  • Create financial models and diarise conditions, milestones and events
  • Provide borrower reporting and ensure timely information under finance documents
  • Coordinate with lenders, borrowers and lawyers on redemptions, restructurings, amendments, waivers and ad-hoc requests
  • Process transfers, set up waterfalls and review back-office calculations
  • Liaise with project monitors, borrowers and lenders on drawdowns and lender splits
  • Instruct valuations

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or related field
  • Solid analytical skills with interim to advanced Excel ability
