What the role of the Lead Systems Engineer entails: Some of the main duties of the Lead Systems Engineer will include: Lead and manage a team of 10-20 requirements and systems engineers, driving the development and management of the requirements set for the project Collaborate closely with the Ministry of Defence to translate their needs into a well-defined requirements set, while engaging with key stakeholders such as the Office of the Chief Engineer and engineering delivery teams Oversee the decomposition and allocation of functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring smooth transition from user needs to equipment and supplier levels Manage the collation of Verification and Validation (V&V) evidence within the requirements management t…
