Joining a highly experienced planning team of five and reporting directly to the Planning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle - from producing winning tender programmes to driving projects through construction and successful completion. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of major schemes. With a booming order book, increasing tender activity, and positions on several major frameworks, the business is expanding its planning function to meet growing demand. Projects span a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Education, Residential, Healthcare, and Mixed-Use developments, typically valued between £10m and £100m.
