London, Salary Negotiable
Provide accurate, timely and commercial legal advice to the various stakeholders across the firm.
Primary responsibility for negotiation, transaction management and deal execution.
Negotiation, transaction management and deal execution for CRE transactions, corporate, aviation, shipping, infrastructure, securitization, etc.).
Reviewing, negotiation, transaction management and deal execution for those transactions where we have not instructed external counsel.
Providing legal advice to front line business units and service areas.
Reviewing and negotiating loan documentation and other ancillary.
Liaising with stakeholders and instructing and liaising with external counsel.
Responsibility for providing advice on general legal matters and commercial contracts (including drafting servicing agreements, NDA\’s, terms of business and engagement letters).
Supporting the business with respect to a range of internal initiatives, including client development, and writing the occasional article and maintaining and updating precedents and other internal documentation.Who we are looking to engage with:
Those with circa 5 years of experience (PQE).
Transactional legal experience.
Ideally but not essential would be having experience of working in house.
European language skills beneficial however certainly not essential.
Those who thrive within a team environment.
Those who want to work in-house.
