Heating Engineer - ASHP We are seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join may clients team in York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient design, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems within residential and commercial properties. This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our commitment to high-quality service in the building and construction industry. Responsibilities: Design the heat pump system following a survey of the customers property Install, maintain, and repair heating systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and ensure optimal performance of heating equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs. Stay updated on the latest industry developments, technologies, and best practices.Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in heating engineering or a related field minimum Level 3 NVQ Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to various job sites. Level 2 NVQ in plumbing and heating NICEIC unit 4, "Level 3 Award in Low Temperature Heating and Hot Water Systems in Dwellings At least 1 years experience fitting air source and ground source heat pumps Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or in a similar role working with heat pumps. Strong understanding of heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
