A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support their design office team in Central London. This role will involve producing preliminary design cost estimates, supporting value engineering efforts, and working closely with design and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have solid QS experience, strong NEC contract understanding, and the ability to work proactively with multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid environment.
The contract offers £400-£450 per day, outside IR35, for an initial 6 months.
