Senior M&E Engineer Edmonton £50,000 Shifts - Days only - 4 on 4 off - 7am-7pm Brief Senior M&E Engineer needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Edmonton who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Senior M&E Engineer that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate would need to be fully qualified in a relevant mechanical or electrical discipline to a level 3 status along with also holding their 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certificate. Benefits Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum 24 day's holiday Pension Plan Career Progression What the role entails: Some of the main duties of the Senior M&E Engineer will include: Maintain boiler plant and associated equipment, including accurate record keeping Complete planned, scheduled, reactive maintenance and installation works Support the organisation of trade staff and stand in for the M&E Supervisor when required Complete associated paperwork and work safely in line with company policies and procedures What experience you need to be the successful Senior M&E Engineer: Qualified in a relevant mechanical or electrical discipline with a City and Guilds, BTEC or equivalent qualification Holder of a 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certificate Experienced in the relevant trade, with three to five years of experience after completing an apprenticeship or recognised training programme Skilled in planned, scheduled and reactive maintenance, installation works and boiler plant maintenance Able to support the organisation of trade staff and deputise for the M&E Supervisor when required Willing to participate in overtime and the emergency on call rota Committed to maintaining current qualifications, trade knowledge and safe working practices Customer focused, reliable and able to complete maintenance records and other paperwork accurately Supportive of staff development, company policies, quality standards and equalities requirements This really is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior M&E Engineer to progress their career.
