M&E Supervisor needed for a large well-known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded M&E Supervisor that takes pride in their work with a successful background in managing a team of engineers as well as managing planned maintenance tasks from allocation to completion.

The successful candidate must have their NVQ Level 2 or 3 in an Electrical / Mechanical field and have a keen interest in becoming an M&E Supervisor.

What the role entails:

  • Supervise water management systems, internal fabric team, and specialist contractors
  • Manage planned maintenance tasks from allocation to completion
  • Plan and oversee work schedules ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Allocate work promptly to meet client satisfaction and performance targets
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with policies
  • Maintain accurate work records and manage material orders
  • Liaise with clients and resolve any issues
  • Complete risk assessments and operate maintenance data systems
  • Support emergency response and participate in on call rota
  • Assist with staff training, investigations, and cover for colleagues as needed
