Site Manager needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Site Manager that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate will need to have experience in the day-to-day operations of site, along with holding their SMSTS ticket and experience in using a CAFM system.

  • Support the Technical Project Manager with technical performance and maintenance of contract standards
  • Provide expert guidance on Mechanical, Electrical and Fire systems ensuring compliant and efficient solutions
  • Manage technical issues and assist in coordinating other disciplines when required
  • Work with operational leads to improve service delivery aligning with output specifications

What experience you need to be the successful Site Manager:

  • Experienced in technical management within building services with knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
