- Proven problem solver; when things go off-track, identifies root cause, proposes options, and brings the right people in at the right time rather than sitting on issues
- Proven ability to operate in a lean technical team with minimal support structure; self-directing and comfortable with ambiguity
- Experienced with project delivery lifecycle (discovery, design, build, test, deploy)
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors; holding to milestones, escalating cost/delivery variance, without breaking the relationship
Nice to Have
- Consultancy background; has worked in or alongside consulting firms and understands how they operate, price, and deliver
- Sufficient Salesforce-adjacent fluency to understand what's being delivered and challenge delivery credibly; doesn't need to be a developer
- Exposure to data migration or platform consolidation programmes
