Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Ealing or High Wycombe

Role Summary
Join Our Team as a Supplier Quality Engineer and drive quality assurance to new heights within a well-established engineering organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Non-Conformance Process
- Act as liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement for material issues
- Conduct Supplier Audits, verify corrective actions, and drive improvements
- Assist in First Article/First Piece Inspection and Configuration Audits (for client or supplier sites)
- Coach suppliers on PFMEA and Control Plan activities
- Coordinate efforts for non-conforming material, engaging with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Review data from incoming inspections and ensure compliance within inspection systems
- Support the ISO 9001:2015 Supplier Quality System and assist with internal/external audits
- Provide support during customer and DCMA visits related to part quality
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding part quality
- Evaluate and approve new suppliers, ensuring risk management and compliance
- Partner with Supply Chain Management to approve/disapprove suppliers as required
- Take responsibility for personal health and safety in line with company policy
Qualifications
- Strong background in root cause analysis and leading problem-solving teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, Minitab, and other QA tools
- Skilled in GD&T and use of metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Experience with electronic components, PCBAs, and/or batteries (preferred)
