- Create concept and detailed designs using CREO Parametric CAD software.
- Produce and document supporting calculations and analysis to justify design decisions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, users, and Design Authorities to refine and develop concept solutions.
- Work closely with CAD Engineers to generate complete design and manufacturing data packs.
- Prepare and present design review packs to senior stakeholders and engineering governors.
- Support prototype development and liaise with manufacturing and purchasing teams to confirm design intent.
- Conduct physical testing and validation activities to prove design functionality and durability.
