Salary in the range of £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience) + Quarterly & Annual Bonus (Six figure OTE)

We are pleased to be working with a leading development and bridging finance lender in London who are expanding and looking to hire in to their team.

The firm is actively looking to talk to BDM / Relationship Manager\’s who are considering a move, and may be suited to this integral role within the firm.

We anticipate that ideal candidates will have experience of working within a similar role, be well versed with communicating with brokers and developers, and may even have their own network that they can also look to utilise.

You may be working within a brokerage and looking for that step up to a lender, or may already be working in the industry for a lender however finding that the culture, environment, financial returns just aren\’t available and there are no signs for progression. Career progression can be had here, as well as good earnings, and to work as part of a team who are respected and well regarded by the industry.

If you have some experience in this field (ideally 5 – 10 years level with a broker, challenger bank, specialist property lender), please do get in touch. You will have the support and backing of a fantastic business, who provide a great platform for BDMs to perform and succeed, and with a genuine ladder to climb to more senior managerial positions for those looking to progress.

The role offers a hybrid working model, made up by a mix of being in the London office and working from home.

Desired Skills and Experience
Real Estate lending business development experience required.
