Location: Plymouth – Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site per week

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client, an established engineering consultancy, require an experienced Naval Architect to join their multi-disciplined team. We are looking to expand our Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture capability in all levels of experience and are keen to hear from you if you feel you’re ready to take the next step in your career.

Please note we can only consider sole UK Nationals (no dual nationalities)

What the role of the Naval Architect entails:

  • Work transparently with various engineering discipline leads / teams to provide clear and concise reports and information regarding progress and management of Risk and Opportunities in relation to the Engineering activities.
  • Bring learnings & operational best practices from other engagements.
  • Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
  • Develop detailed requirement specifications.
  • Support projects as they evolve through the project engineering lifecycles.
