We are currently working with the credit arm of an investment bank that is experiencing a period of growth and would welcome speaking with Analysts who are at the Year 2 stage of their careers and sit within the investment banking space. Please note we are targeting conversations with only those who are currently in investment banking and involved within real estate.
The opportunity will be that of working within the credit team where you will play a key role in working on high value deals, typically ranging from £100 million up to £300 million +. The team that this role sits within is small, nimble, active, and supportive, and will provide the Analyst a fantastic platform to continue learning and developing their skills. You will find yourself at the forefront of the deals, working within a client facing role. Full exposure to a range of real estate deals. Deals are 100% using their own capital with no 3rd party involvement.
Candidates with European language skills preferred, with a preference leaning towards German, Spanish, Italian, and French. The team predominantly look at credit deals, across the alternatives space, with high yields, and with the occasional equity deal. Very much focusing on quality deals over quantity.
This current job opening is due to natural growth of the team and welcomes applications from those with an above average level of education, a desire to succeed, and those who work well within a team environment.
We anticipate candidates who will be put through to interview will be highly analytical, strong on Excel modelling, and will be able to fly through a technical case study as well as the face-to-face interviews.
