Responsibilities
- Delivery of diverse projects across the region.
- Provide professional services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party‑Wall Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
- Work with private and public sector clients on contracts up to £200 million and domestic/commercial stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Forward‑thinking, adaptable Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management (Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent).
- Track record of delivering a range of professional services, including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party‑Wall Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
- Chartered Building Surveyor.
