Main Duties
- Provide advanced technical support - Diagnose and resolve complex issues
- Manage and maintain our Windows environment, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices running at peak performance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot our PC and laptop environment
- Support remote and on-site users across the Southeast of England
Requirements
- Technical Problem-Solver - You have at least 5 years of hands-on IT Support experience
- Microsoft Environment Expert - You know Windows 10/11 inside and out and understand networking principles
- You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable travelling to support users at different locations
