Job Description
Investment Analyst, London (Hybrid)
£50,000 – £60,000 + Comp
A London-based property investor is looking to bring in a confident, capable, articulate, and numerical Analyst who understands how to build and work with financial models.
Working within a small team of real estate professionals, the focus will be on putting together investment models and pitches related to the student accommodation space in the UK.
Applicants should have prior experience in the student space or general living sector.
We anticipate that candidates will be educated to a high standard in a relevant field such as Economics or Finance.
The most important factor will be to find the right \’person fit\’; the firm consists of entrepreneurial individuals who are hungry to succeed and progress.
If you are in London and working within an investment team that is not overly active right now, or if you can\’t see progression, then this opportunity may be for you.
Please note, we are only considering Analysts with real estate investment experience for this role and cannot consider candidates without this.
