My client is seeking a Contract Electronics Engineers to join our cutting-edge engineering team based in Staffordshire. This is an inside IR35 contract opportunity, ideal for professionals experienced in PCB manufacturing and passionate about high-integrity, power-dense electronics.

You will be working within a small, agile team on complex and dynamic projects that push the boundaries of electronic design.

The Role:

So, what will you be doing as an Electronics Engineer?

• Designing and analysing electronic circuits
• Capturing schematics and providing PCB layout guidance
• Selecting and reviewing electronic components
• Supporting engineering projects through varied tasks
• Engaging in technical meetings and customer interfaces
• Documenting work in line with internal procedures
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What are we looking for in our next Electronics Engineer?

• HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Have a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing and basic analogue/digital design
• Experience in schematic capture, circuit simulation, and wiring definitions
• Familiarity with PCB layout oversight
• Knowledge of EMC and environmental qualification processes
• Experience using Altium Designer
