  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project management, systems, mechanical, and software engineering teams.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
  • Broad knowledge of:
  • Analogue and digital electronics
  • EMC, electrical safety, and signal integrity design principles
  • PCB schematic design and layout
  • Power, high-speed digital, analogue, RF, or sonar systems
  • Design for manufacture and full lifecycle processes
  • Prototyping, testing, and verification of electronic subsystems
  • Component selection and lifecycle considerations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, obsolescence)
  • Low noise, low power analogue receiver design (JFETs, low-noise differential amplifiers)
  • ADC/DAC selection and design
  • Power amplifier design (SiC FET technology up to 1500V DC)
  • Power supply design (mains and DC-DC converters)
